Denimrack wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 21 days from receipt of items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with all original tags attached.

• NON-SALE MERCHANDISE may be retuned within 21 days from receipt of item.
• SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned for a store credit, minus the shipping charges. (NOTE: A SALE Item is a discount 30% or less )
• CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE is non - refundable. (NOTE: CLEARANCE merchandise is a discount greater than 30%).

To make a return, send your request via e-mail to returns@denimrack.com Please include the following information with your return request:

• Name
• E-Mail Address
• Phone Number (we will only use this to notify you of any problems with your return request)
• Order Number
• Company Name (ex- Hudson)
• Style Name, Style # and Size that is being returned
• Reason for Your Return (please be as specific as possible)

Please be sure to include all of the information above with your return request. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all of your information. After your return request is received and processed, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label that will be sent to you via e-mail. Denimrack will refund the full purchase price of the jeans less the cost of return shipping and handling charges once the item has been received and inspected at our fulfillment center.

Please use original box and wrapping the product arrived in, if in acceptable condition.

Denimrack will refund the full purchase price of the jeans and all shipping charges:

• If the wrong item was shipped to you
• A defective product was shipped to you
• All claims of problem orders must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Exchange Policy
In the event you need to make an exchange for a different size, simply place a new order for the correct size and return the other one. This will speed up the process of getting you the correct size by not waiting for the return to process before your correct size is on it's way to you.

When do I get my credit
Once your package has been received at Denimrack.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Denimrack.com.
